Days Gone - Broken Road DLC
But does it add more story to the game, expand the campaign?
or just unlock some stuff, new modes etc?

No story just some modes
For me, the story makes the game. I play on a PC keyboard/mouse setup. The big hordes and some of the missions stretched my skills to the max. I would much rather have found new story-lines rather than just more stuff.

Have to agree. Maybe they will use this to test interest in more DLC?

Likely, since the Broken Road DLC is part of the console version's remaster, it's a way to try to convert those PS+ redemptions into actual sales. If they could actually get those, I'd guess we'd get a sequel instead of DLC. While there's space on the map, there's not really any place out of the way enough to really allow for more story. Also, the only real dangling storyline would be dealt with in a sequel. It's too big/deep for something like a DLC to cover efficiently.
you get a story added to find the gasstank that you loss at the start of the game

Don't think so.
I think it's a reward for a particular score in Horde Assault.
For me, more difficult horde swarms without any real new story elements would be a non-starter.
yes no more story = no sale for me ,..sad I really like this game too
I loved the base game. Played the story once on PS4 and twice on PC.

If this new "Horde Assault" DLC will add enough content and keeps players coming in with new rewards and goals, I think 10€ price point is fair. It sounds a lot like TLOU2 roguelite mode? We can even play as different characters like Rikki and Boozer.

I don't care about the permadeath or speedrun modes or the early game perks which sound useless if you want the real "Days Gone" experience. Your bike doesn't have gas, cry me a river and find more or plan your trips better. Pro tip, you can save gas when going down the hills etc. The point is not to accelerate all the time.

I lost my examination of under 50% achievements, because of this horde assault mode, they already put the achievements before releasing the full content, i am so sad....
It's a horde of mongols which you can defeat under Ivanhoe, when saxons and normands spoke the same language 1200 years ago, nowadays is different old saxons languages are different now with german, dutch and english, tr->dr->gr, trauben, druif, grapes, it fills your mouth completely....
In another language, the translation would be the following: it works great how they get crushed in the mouth, but i won't say in which....
Only that is not coming from Old Saxon...

Same here, a cool rogue-lite mode like in TLOU2 hooked me for like 50 hours and for 10 bucks I´m sold.
