Game not Appearing in screen after first load
title its self. has anyone able to fix this? reinstalled it thrice.

Sorry to say your troubleshooting guide will do nothing. Its not a hardware issue. Its a game save issue. Tried numerous times to get it going and only did it after deleting my game save in files. Ive tried everything. Restarting PC, Reinstalling drivers, Bluetooth audio which worked but only 2 times before breaking again, Verifying files doesn't work either nor does deleting it and installing it again. Its an issue the Devs need to fix and take a look at. I shouldn't have to reinstall drivers or verify files to play a game. The Devs should have already done that and got a fix for that issue but it seems like this has been something that's going on ever since it was released on PC. NOTE: It was the Black Screen Bug on Startup then when I was able to get in it progressed to Black Screens after certain cut scenes like Sarah Memories
