You start with Cascades and Hot Springs.
Then you get Lost Lake and Iron Butte. Which leads you to Diamond Lake, Crater Lake and Highway 97.
That is all there is.
There are other areas of map, but these were not included in the release game.
I've already given you a link to the MapGenie interactive map which shows you everything. If your map matches the MapGenie map, you've got everything we were given.
As I'm sure you'll know by now, if there are jobs for camp leaders not completed yet, you're held back until at least one job is done. So check if there are any jobs awaiting completion, like maybe taking the proof back to the camp leader.
But it's rather vague to find these missing links, like jobs for camp leaders. There are no jobs when I visit camps.
If there are any camp jobs left to do, which you can find out in the map. Move the cross hairs to anywhere on the map that isn't a marker, you get a list of everything done and the total of jobs available for that area. For eg. NERO research sites 4/6 (just numbers off the top of my head), meaning you've done 4 from a total of 6.
That sometimes triggers a camp job request over the radio.
Thanks, really helpful - because some of the 'behaviour' of the game isn't always clear to me.
An unwanted interactive effect, so to say and not easy to cope with i.m.h.o.
Thanks Randal, I'll focus on these accomplishments. Important information!
The bunker maps also drop other ambush camp, NERO site, etc. markers onto your map.
Hard to be found. Now I'm entering this part of the snowy mountains.
Got 19/20, but the last one doesn't show up - no show grrrr...
20/20 is needed to open the hatch on that site?
Found a wolf that woke up - killed him and found a tunnel you can't enter. Very vague map in the game, right?
Have you looked in the area above the car on the right side as you're exiting the camp?
If I remember it right, you have to ride around to the left, you can then ride up to the top of that cliff. Be careful, your missing ambusher could be hiding in the bushes up there. You'll need a big nitro bottle to jump that gap, he could be on the other side. I think there's a NERO site over there too, but I'm not sure. One of those cars/trucks, in the exit gully, can be pushed against the right hand cliff. I seem to remember spending a lot of time trying to figure out how to get up on top of the right hand cliff. Hopefully I won't forget how when I'm at that part of the game again.
You know you can zoom right in on the map? Close enough to see individual vehicles?
It won't show you where a cave entrance to a NERO site is. But you should be able to recognise the spoor in front of a freaker sleeping cave.
I noticed that the last one 'standing' is most of the time a sneaky one.
Found the 20/20 and now the hatch opens.
But I can't get up that riff to the NERO location. Pffff.
My right hand isn't quite back to 100%, and I doubt it ever will be. My fingers twitch unexpectedly, so I'll click on a button when I don't intend to. It's an annoyance but I'll manage. I can retire when I reach 66 years old, which is in March this year. I'll be hanging up the truck keys for the last time then
Officially an Old Bugger
Good to hear man, really!
