Japanese not possible?

Hello
I would like to play the game in Japanese, but I'm German, I can't choose Japanese, unfortunately, can someone tell me why that is?
Do I have to download anything?
On the start page it says that Japanese is possible :(

Yes, it usually works too, but not this time .. even Korean and Chinese work, but unfortunately Japanese doesn't work :(

Unfortunately not, everything can be selected but no Japanese :( thanks anyway

I am German who is learning Japanese, so I would like to play the game completely in Japanese to keep learning ^^

It has nothing to do with reinstalling. They have a separate global version for Japan which is censored. Changing the language in properties does nothing. I already refunded.

Strange that Chinese and Korean are possible but not Japanese ..

It's possible that the Japanese version has18- year-old restriction and abridged plot because of restriction, but other countries don't have this setting, so we can't download or use Japanese!!
