GTX 1080 - i5-8400 - 16Gb - SSD
Game runs perfectly fine and smooth on max settings when walking around (70~105 FPS) but as soon as I get on the bike my fps goes to ♥♥♥♥ even below 10 FPS. Doesn't matter if my settings are on low or max there is no difference.
Using the latest NVIDIA drivers.
Update: I switched back to fullscreen windowed and put the process priority in the task manager to above normal this fixed it for me.
