People think PC gaming is just plug and play and it really isn't sometimes.
Even some crapware running in the background can ruin your performance, an overlay..an incorrect setting outside of the game.
You can have low CPU/GPU utilization etc, there are 100s of reason why, 100s of reasons 2 PCs with identical hardware can run completely differently.
There's always a root cause that can be fixed.
Google that shizz.
A 1060-rx580-1660 will do fine at 1080p 60 fps.
We are when it comes to console games...
Consoles are target market for gaming we are 2nd, it use to be other other way around in the 90's & early 2000's games were built on PC then ported to console, but not no more...
We wont know till the game legit comes out, don't try to max every setting & just accept a 60fps cap because the game was built for 30/60fps (PS4/PS5) from the start...
