Lower price or boycot

Bringing us a game that has been out for 2 years already with a new launch price tag? The game is literally less expensive for the playstation. People who wanted to play this game that bad bought it on ps. Now you are making them pay this much to have it on pc too? ok buddies i guess im catching it on a sale or not at all..

"gamer boycott" doesn't really carry that much weight though. I carry out my own personal boycott against epic, no one else really bothers though.

There is that infamous screen of an anti cod steam group all playing the new cod game, for example.

Lower price will happen, it's called a sale. Wait until then if you don't think it is worth 50 bucks.

It's not full price in my country. Still buying it even if it was full price. Good luck with the boycott tho.

Well I can hope that others will join the boycott. Thing with COD is there is a much greater demand for that game so eventually people give in, this game isn't great enough for people (lower class) to shell out 50 dollars for a game that they might already have for the PS5/crappy port made since they didn't sell enough on PS5. Ofc ill wait for a sale if it comes to that. Lets just hope they aren't like cod and only do 10% discounts on their games, hence why i don't own cod while i would like to.

I wanted to play this game and I will now play it on the pc. I don’t have anything to buy ps4 because of a couple of games.

I mean I get it, its an older game being charged full price. But people will buy it anyway. Go look at the SMT Nocturne forum, countless threads complaining about the price. I paid for that one, I don't really think this one is worth it though.

Don't get me wrong, I don't support exclusives, i wanted to play this game on the pc too when i first saw it. But this is ridiculous, the price tag is too much. if you have the money then fine. But they are missing out on a lot of sales from people who just cant shell out that dough for a 2 year old game.

I mean if you have the funds for it, go for it. But as someone who spends carefully and has a budget its just a dumb purchase. Every single one of my games was bought on sale.

It won't though, it never does. Even if enough people boycotted that it sent a message to sony, the message would just be that PC gamers didn't like Days Gone.

Not if they bother to read discussions. I'm not the only person making a deal of this. They wont just look at sales and say, huh they must not like it. They will get to the bottom of it. Rather it be bugs or a bad port so they can hold whoever responsible. While they are money hungry, they aren't that narrow minded to look at sales and just decide to blame it on peoples taste...

Tbh it's worth 50bucks as it's a long game. Bang for your bucks.
Completed it on PS4 100% and loved every minute of it.
