How do I use patches in the main game?

Hello fellow gamers.

When completing challenges I am supposed to unlock patches that can be used in the main game. Do I activate them somehow, or they are permanently active after being unlocked?

Hello there!

Meeting the unlock requirements for a specific patch will automatically enable it for both modes (challenge mode and main game). No extra steps are needed from the player.

If you look close at the Deacon's vest, all the unlocked patches are there, including the rank patch on the chest, right side.
