If that doesn't do it. Move out of that region of map all together. Kill a few marauders or freakers, come back into the region and try it again.
But while the game is off, go into your Steam Library, Left click Days Gone > Properties > Local Files > Verify Game Files.. Verifying Game Files takes a few minutes, let it finish and tell you game files check 100%, or something like that.
Sometimes not every bandit showed up and was unable to find the remaining ones.
So I went back to my bike, saved the game and restarted. That fixed it.
Also try restarting from the last checkpoint in the menu.
Also keep in mind that hordes wander around, so the indeed could be anywhere.
Check your speakers or headphones. You hear them if they are nearby
also i got a glitch when the final mission happen, all the texture is missing and restarted the game it worked now
Switching it off, and back on again almost always works.
In this instance, the game has to reload completely. Something didn't load properly when it loaded that section of game mid game. Maybe your RAM was over full, or something? Restarting resets everything back to zero.
It works on your mobile phone too. If it starts acting weirdly, switch it off and back on again, the full power cycle, not 'restart'. Everything is cleared then reloaded. It'll work properly for several months after.
I played my first full play through on a below minimum specs computer. 16GB DDR3 ram, AMD FX 8300 cpu, GTX 750ti gpu, 1080p 60Hz (locked) monitor. With graphics turned down to low, it played fine. Some minor niggly problems of course, but nothing major.
So I spent £2k+ on a new, up-to-date computer, a bit over 2 years ago. Not absolutely top spec, but up near there, and a new ultrawide 1440p 144Hz monitor.
This game is built on the Unreal Engine 4.1 platform, with some heavy modifications to account for the open world requirements. UE 4.x is not intended for open world games, I've read, but UE 5.x wasn't available back then. So sometimes there are 'problems' caused by a conflict between the game and the platform it is on.
Is this an 'off the shelf' laptop? Because a 45W PSU is a very low power unit. But if you've bought an off the shelf unit, it should be balanced well enough, they wouldn't put a 45W psu in if it actually needed a bigger one for the hardware in it.
If it's a custom, built to your spec, you may want to rethink it. They'll just build it to your spec, whatever you say you want is what you'll get. I'm not a laptop user, so not up on them at all.
Graphics set on High might be a bit optimistic, but I don't know for certain. Nvidia has the G Force Experience app for their gpu's. I had it on both my rigs and had it set my graphics for Optimum for each game, have you tried that?
The last mission, where it doesn't render the floor/ground inside. This is a bug that is asked about fairly often. The fix is to drop your graphics to Low on everything. Play that mission, then put them back up. The same for any other mission which gets the same bug.
Also yeah the texture bug fixed by restarting the game, or restart the game after set the settings to low. I dropped this game anyway cuz the bug is so annoying even it's ssd XD
Sorry for the later reply!
