How to change Difficulty?

changing in documents folder? or script? cause I initially played with Hard (my bad) now it's super hard like one or two hit I'm dead

You can't. But.. this game its really easy, Go to Nero points and upgrade your status. If you still had problems so, Just starting a New game.

that's the thing I'm like progressed a lot in game can't afford to restart but what was Nero status thing?

Nero Checkpoints are where you get injectors to boost your health, stamina, or focus. On the map they look like a grey “X” if you haven’t completed them yet.

Are you doing jobs for the camps and getting upgraded weapons?

Around the map there's Nero checkpoints and Nero Research Locations. Every one of them there's a Nero Injector which you'll use to Upgrade your Health, Stamina or Focus. Since you're having problems dying fast it's a good ideia go to this places and upgrade your Health. Just a tip, marauders camp's had a map in the bunker which unlock the regions around so it's a good way to know where most of the Nero places are.

I'm doing job they are extremely slow like i gain trust points so hardly upgraded to level 3 engine like 12k points is too much to bear

I kept doing jobs and now they are becoming super boring I could barely upgrade bike or get better weapon done with ak pistol sniper combo don't even stand a chance against 1 hit zombie dead! like how do I increase my health? it's 125hp maximum

You can't when playing on Hard.

@Shzy...Use the Nero Injectors to increase Health as described by others in this thread.
