I don't know what the tracks names are, but this video by Bend Studios about the music, should help you track it down.
Also, when you get to the End Credits, all the music is listed. You can, I think, bring up the credits from the Days Gone start screen. The monochrome shot of your bike, with the start options; Continue, New Game, Challenges, Options, etc. In the bottom right corner is the credits button, I think.

That's why you can't find it anywhere else :-
Unreleased soundtrack by Nathan Whitehead that plays while riding your bike in Days Gone.

That video I gave you a link for doesn't say it's unreleased specifically. But it does say it's music written and performed just for the sound track of Days Gone.
It is good though
