Stealth missions are so annoying

Particularly the one where you have to sneak into Iron Mike's camp to get antibiotics for boozer i was swearing on this mission like a sailor who had the brilliant idea that this mission would be fun?
I failed this so many times problem was there were like 5 million guards, and when you throw a stone to lure one away, the next one comes towards you and when you try to lure him away the guard before turns to that position because he was too close, so he heard it too...

I enjoy the stealth missions. Never really had an issue with any of them.

And that's not even the hardest one.

Once you know what you're doing you can finish that mission in under 1 minute on hardest difficulty. All of the Stealth missions are like that.
