My bike carried over in NON-new game plus??
Started a new game (hard II) cause i want to 100% the game again and I'm at the first NERO MMU and noticed I have nitro. Okay, that's weird. Also noticed i got the top tier tires, plus saddle bags. Basically the bikes fully upgraded but at Cope's camp it's not showing that at the mechanics shop. Any one else have this..."bug" i guess i could call it?

My real question is if i start changing the decals or color will it reset if i start messin with it?
