"Bugged the hell out" mission is bugged

I cant get the game to register that i aready picked up the sterile bandages and even brought them to boozer. Cant progress the story because of this.

The bandages still show up in the box, but i cant interract with them, and everytime i go into the building he just saying that he is has to find those bandages. Turning the power on and off, killing zombies doing other missions hasnt worked either.

Dont want to lose my progress by starting again, if something like that happends I'd rather abandon the game.

Maybe somebody got the same problem and managed to find a work around that is not "start new game"

well if you have to restart its best to do it now you just started the game and are only about what 1 hour in at most so its not that bad.

1. Alwas have several save files. so you can go back and try again. thjis game comes with a bunch of bugs...

2. Did you take the nero injector and the micro recorder from where you got the bandages too? Some user wrote they had to do that too.

Yeah, you probably have to finish the whole thing.

thx guys, but i'd rather not restart, game looks kinda fun but that fun is ruined for me when i have to deal with game breaking bugs that lets you not even progress without starting over again. Easy fix would be just to abandon quests or restart them.

Came accross this post a year later, because on my 2nd playthrough, I had the same bug. Couldn't find any solution to it. Had to restart at an earlier checkpoint.
