Absolutely OK. For perspective, if you're really worried, I ran my OC'd i7-920 @4.2ghz, (stock 2.66ghz) from 2009 to 2023 on air cooling. Gaming temps was always mid to high 70s celsius but If I ran any dedicated CPU stress test like Prime95, it would bring my CPU all the way into the 90s. People on OC forums would have you believe you're dramatically shortening the life span running anything over 60c. It's simply not true. The cpu is still good to this day.

Thank you for the response. I figured that it was all good. The only reason that I even noticed is that my Fan Curve is set up in such a way that the fans increase at 72C. Most of my games like this (Far Cry, RDR, HZD, etc) all run under 71C so the fans never ramp up too much. I know that 75C isn't something to freak out over but I figured that it was worth asking about. Thanks again.

really dont need to worry about temps below 90-100ish. pc parts are designed to handle decently high temps under load for surprising amounts of time. Provided your pc is properly cooled (which it probably is) you are 100% safe. you could run this game 24/7 for a week and your pc would be fine

You're welcome! I've noticed this game in particular has been pushing my GPU a little harder than other games, especially without any framrate cap, but man is it gorgeous. Worth every joule. 🤩

Also thanks for points! Very generous of you and appreciated.

Those are great temps. My 7900XTX regularly hits mid to high 70s in this game, despite running way cooler in others. My 5900X CPU is typically up in the high 70s as well.

Thank you all for the reassurance. It's good to know that other gamers are looking out for other gamers. I didn't think that this was anything to worry about but it's good to know what others think. Much appreciated...points for everyone!
