Hordes not spawning

I've had searched every cave and not a single Horde inside. I did quick save and reload method and still not spawning. need help.

That's an interactive map, originally posted by TSpoon. Everything is marked on it, including all the hoards.

If you've almost completed the game and killed all the hoards marked on your big game map, that's it, they don't respawn.

If you've killed them off as you came across them during the game, before they're marked on your game map. They'll respawn once you get to the later end game, I think.

I did everything else, before I started killing hoards. The only thing I had left to do, to finish the game off, was the hoards. I just ran away, if I came across them, in the early part of the game, on my first play through.

I've cleared most of the Hordes in the Northern parts of map. Now I'm focusing on Highway 97 and Crater lake. I did follow the map to locate the Hordes and each of them are empty and trying to finish all before finishing the main story.

What time did you visit them? I went to some in the night and it was completely empty, went to one in the day and there was 300 freaks inside...

The Hordes should always in day time but in my case they're not there.

Most of the hordes in the game are locked behind story progress, this reddit post has a list of all the hordes and how far through the game you have to be to get each one to spawn.
Looks like there's 5 that require you to be in the post game before they'll show up
