Lvl 3 on all camps

How do you get lvl 3? I only have it on Iron Mike, the rest i've done everything and it's impossible to get, only lvl 2 and a half aprox.
I've finished the game but i have that doubt.

I got lvl3 on all 3 normal camps before going south. I basically did all sidequests and cleared all hordes before the game hints you to start doing it (all of them respawn later, in the end game). It all naturally got to lvl3 with a little help of some rescued hostages for Copeland (Hot Springs only gives you credits) and some extra bounties for Hot Springs. Just don't sell any bounties or food to Lost Lake, they have more than enough missions to get to lvl3 if you clear the hordes.
The ones in the south are easy, just clear hordes and do the missions and it should be enough with the bounties you get for doing so.

I guess that, if you finished the game, just play the end game and clear all the hordes that are now marked on the map. With a machine gun and some napalm it should be piss-easy.

ohh that's interesting, i hated hordes so i left them be, only killed the ones that the story forces you to. Thanks!
