Edit : I would reccomend watching a video with the locations and see if you remember the one you didn't check.
Theres some sneaky ones like the IPCA Tech at Pillete Bridge (this one is above the train tunnel) and the Santiam Tunnel (this one is to the left of the guard post when you're coming from Lost Lake ).
I'll check those locations first and if I don't find them there I'll go one by one, with fast travel won't take me long.

This map, posted up by TSpoon, shows where absolutely everything is. If you click on the item icon, you'll get a brief description on where to find it, for the less obvious items.
Click on the Days Gone Map banner (top left), you'll get a set of more options, including an itemised list. With a tick box, location map, item numbered, description and notes.
The map maker (mapgenie.io) has made similar maps for a lot of other games too. Worth a look to see if any of your other games, with collectables, has been mapped.
