Stuck at escape the mine leave all that by the door level

Hi, anyone has encountered the same issue where I no way to come out from the mine in "Leave all that by the door" level. Seem like a bug but I already patched to the latest patch. Appreciate your help.

Did you collect all the cinnabar he required and found the elevator to go up as well he talks a bit and eventually you can use the lever to get up stairs, there are a few drawn out
checkpoints you need to complete in the mine to be able to use the elevator if i recall correctly.

Yes, I did collected all but the elevator just don't activate

I am currently having the same issue, I have collected all the cinnabar and the objective has switched to escape the mine and it points me towards the elevator but doesn't bring up a prompt to use the elevator. I am stuck.

Maybe it's a stupid question but did you make sure you started the generator that powers the elevator up? If so, did you kill all the nearby freakers before trying to use the elevator? If you did then it might be bugged, maybe try reloading a previous save and start over.

An update on this particular bug: Eventually after making sure I did everything including starting the generator, I gave up and restarted the mission, and then started it again since the first retry didn't work, but after restarting the mission a second time it seemed to work as it should. So the only thing I can suggest to those who encounter this issue is restart the mission and hope for the best.
