I also reported this bug on here yesterday. Have tried every little trick to see if it fixes it and nothing will correct it. I really wanted to save Sarah....

Just wanted to say that I happened across this bug playing on 'Very High' (Motion Blur Off) on a 3090RTX at 1440p and had the same problem with the level geometry not spawning.

I turned the graphics options down to 'Low', exit to desktop, restarted the game and it worked fine, I was able to get through that area and defeat Skizzo.

Hopefully this works for others having this problem.

Over a year later and this is still a bug? Having the same issue here, a bunch of geometry on the final mission won't load. Tried setting graphics to low, restarting the game, restarting my computer, trying from a previous checkpoint... nothing is working.

Changed graphic settings again and again and hope for best. Thats only known solution.

Quit the game, then go into Steam, verify game files, maybe then restart your computer and try again from an earlier save file.

If that doesn't do it, try the fixes in this troubleshooter.

I experienced the same bug and except for the restart the computer part, this did this the trick.

Nah! Others have had this issue, you aren't special.

I dunno if it's normal game loading behaviour. But this game loads the next section during cut scenes and dialog. If you skip the dialog with Skizzo before you go for him, that could be why you're getting a freeze.

They ain't gonna fix it in 2 days dude.
It's was released in 2019, they haven't fixed it in the 4 years. No way they're going to get their arses in gear to fix it for you.

I've played this scene 4 times already, with no bugs/glitches/freezes or any other problems. Getting to Skizzo and killing him was a problem, you're well hampered/on the verge of dying, so it doesn't take much to die.

Playing with v-sync on and locked frames to 60, should that help anyone.

the bug is still present today, i tried everything, restart game, computer, load older save, load from checkopint and i will always fall through the floor when i should kill Skizzo, no texture or geometry is loading in....

/edit > managed to fix it - run game on lowest settings and "checked integrity of game files through steam", not sure what fixed it, but i was able to continue final mission
