GAME IS NOT GOOD. the GORE SUCKS, AI is terrible and other thing

this game is praised too much..why mafia 3 was hated game??i love mafia 3..this game is not good..
1.the human ai is just plain dead u are a guy with guns and theres alway 2-3 enemies who will run at u with shovels and planks omg why.and they dont cooperate well,dont run from grenade, dont take cover and the stealth is a joke
2. empty world.. nothin to explore no artifacts nothin ..just letters and boring radio tapes.. im 11 hour in the game and the only wepons i had ak47,pistol,spiked bat and sawn off ...to get more wepaons you gotta do dumb stuff;; all craft mats in the wo rld is for bandages and molotovs and scrap for repair/arrows its rediculus guys..

all this content for game that take 50 hours to complete or so..
the map is so small......for a game abot biker road trip zombie apocalypse OMG...cmon..hy is the map so small.. i wanna go on a road trip..

3. the first boss fight i fought.the bear. it demonstrated just how rediculus this game is. i wish i caught it on tape. so heres how the story gos
i ran around freely dodging the bear cannot keep up with me? omg its rabid bear u know they can easily outrun humans by multiple times occasionaly i shoot the bastard but i was more tryin to kite him to the explosives but then the zombies came attracted to the noise and ofc the bear forgot about me n started eating the zombies one by one they just stand there screaming at him then i ran down to the small river where u begin the tracking in this quest n THE BEAR CMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT ME or his pathfinding became retarded and he couldnt get to me all he had to do was turn 90 degrees and run up stairs i was shooting him n then after 20 seconds of the bear runnin around in circles he ran up n i killed him with a barrel now ask me wath the hell is this game??im asking u

4. the climbing over things and jumping is sux..u are surrounded by walls everywear basicaly
5, CANT REV BIKE LIKE A BADASS,CANT USE BIKE HORN..what point is to life? if the game is about biker who cannot d othat
6.lack of wepon where is revolver and dual shotguns? why is the biker so in competent he cannot throw molotovs?

7. the gore is the worst thing in the game i dont know who takes the cake here this game or cyber punk 2077 . just omg. we all love gores we all love to see skinned alive corpses dismemberment guts bone fragments everythn ppl drowning and chokin on their own blood and what not. so in a post apocalyptic game about a biker where is this stuff? especially when u got insane wepons like spiked mace and axes.. there is some gore in the form of u can shoot off limbs from zombies but that i s not satisfying anyones needs, only maybe for some kiddos. i beat so many survivors with my spiked mace and other stuff they never lose limbs they never lose heads at best a cloud of blood effect will appear spray near the area of impact. btw the execution animations are all the same thing. becaues i constantly whenever i see one of those enemy females n i execute them with my spiked bat i open the photo mode and i see its the same darn thing all the time..i wanna see some variety some poses of dying,ok.and the women zombie they all wearning the same jeans.wehre are skirts and stuff for them/ SKYRIM game from 2011 has better gore than thi s game hnestly even thou u can just chop off heads there

idk i will keep play the game cos i find things to like it about just super disappointed about the lack of gore ,enemy ai and things to see in the open world. u just drive around on a bike that gets 20% fuel depleted from a 200 meter drivem, and get ambushed by wolves or like 3 bandits sometimes.. ppl stop blindly praise this game.. they hated mafia 3 why.?mafia 3 is really great game


my ideal days gone wuodl be more insane stuff encounters insane zombies like in left 4 dead,HUGE world just to b able to go on road trips,scavenging for stuff shoudl be adventure of its own and 100% need ability to kill and murder other humans even if they are not hostile bandits, like in red dead redemption 2 i remember playing it i would literaly spend hours playin as a serial killer highwayman n blasting ppl to pieces with my sawn off shotguns and inspecting the gore in first person.i broke into a house burned a lady with molotov in that game on play station 4 and then threw her around furniture and took photos of it

on this picture is exampel. this is the most gore you can get in the game..this blood splash.. but the head will remain okey.no damage on the face or bones. ON HUMAN ENEMS THIS DOES DONOT HAPPEN. just this same animation plays. btw behind this bone splash, i cna move the camera during the photo mode, and i can see that th e weapon does not properly animated (it does not connect to the target face in a proper realistic manner),thats why this blood splash .is present there,to mask this really bad mistake by hte developers. they just made this in 15 minutes or so in adobe after effectsand think this is some kinda awesom gore effect..no not really sad but true. i was hopin to see real mutilation mangling dismembemnet and humans cryin in pain and misery its the apocalypse after all..and im wrathful deathdealer biker..

I'm glad English teachers don't troll these forums. There would be less of them after the constant strokes and heart attacks. Maybe that's the problem? They did and there's no one left to teach the finer art of proper punctuation, capitalization, and sentence structure.

I do notice most of the hate comes from console users though - I find that odd. PC users seem more or less indifferent if there's something they don't like. They just move on . . . .

No, I'm not obsessed. I haven't had time to really sink into the game yet. I work during the week but I'll definitely plow into it this weekend. I really enjoyed the opening hour though and zombie apocalypse type stuff IS something for me to get obsessed about.

FIGHTING VS HUMANS literally doesnt matter.. u can spam bandages and u will never diead, u dont have to take anythin in consideraton, u can run around like an idiot and kil them with spiked mace while they can shoot u..u can just use bandages and medkits..adn from gameplay reason???after u kill em all u lose nothin cause u loot them most of them corpses give u bandages again. so u are just a harasser/hater of me.

Considering the size of the hoards they probably couldn't do a good gore system. Look at REmake2 and REmake3. In RE2 you sever an arm it it almost shleps off stretching the skin before detaching completely. In RE3 it's a more typical detach and gib. RE3 had larger groups of zombies and more fast paced action so this simplification had to be done for performance. It's hard to describe but there are some youtubers who do a good job pointing out the differences. There are limitations to what can be done with modern hardware and software. Haven't played Days Gone yet so I can't speak on behalf of it but considering home much I've enjoyed games like State of Decay and the Mad Max which this game reminds me of just from the trailers I can overlook crappy gore.
P.s. Mafia 3 was dumbed down meh with a likeable protagonist and an ok story Mafia 2 was way better in terms of graphics, physics and actual gameplay, the realism of the cars, the police, the damage system and the small details. Again there are youtube vids that point this out or just play Mafia2 and do a burnout with any car with balls and watch the entire street fill with smoke until the tires blow up.
