Find red Riley, bug??

I have to find Red Riley in the cabins, I've looked in everyone. I watched a video and Riley doesn't seem to be spawned in and the tracking locations have nothing. Is there a way to fixed this without reloading my save. I'd prefer not to kill everyone again

NVM, I fast travel out and then came back. Would have been best just to reload save, as enemies respawned. Red riley was spawned in for me this time.

From a tiny bit of research, this was a bug since console release. Why didn't they use the opertunity to fix this, on the pC version??

no he was literally not spawned in :(

It prob would have worked doing that too. I just fast travel out and come back. He was right were he was supposed to be then (enemies spawned too -_-). I'm just a little annoyed that this wasn't fixed, since console release. Such a simple bug too...

2024 august still in. Just go through the stuff to investigate, kill a few enemies (btw you can exploit for xp if you wish) and move the bike by the small cabin with the few steps (this is the one that's locked when you arrive and stays locked until you progress to the last objective). Save, reload, enter, kill. He's gonna be there.
