the motorbike does not accelerate
during the mission where I have to save a little girl, my motorcycle does not move as if I had no fuel when it is full. I don't speak English, don't insult me.

In vehicle control there is "disengare clutch". You likely have hit the key by accident consider you didnt know this ability there(for after running out fuel or move bike in stealth). I think it was original key is Capslock.
