"Just doing my Job" Quest bug?

Anyone else has a problem wit the Marauder Camp Hunter - Locate The Anarchist Camp - "Just Doing My Job" guest. Just inside the mine there is a set of two ladders, I can climb the first one but my character won't climb the second one. Just keeps doing rolls. Watch a video of the quest on you tube and I am going the correct way, just can't use the ladder.
