Is this game un-woke?

For some reason I am getting this crossed up with the last of us 2.

Is it safe?

There's two gay characters but it's not played up. The only political thing I saw in the game is a guy who goes on pro-2nd Amendment rants, but he's not portrayed as some psycho. Also in response to something he says, the main character replies "I'll take all the guns you've got, and nobody's going to take them away from me."

ive played thru most of the game and, ive only come across 1 instance of in your face woke ♥♥♥♥, otherwise yes everything is safe.

The idea that people should not be considered personal property has nothing in common with wokeness where, for instance, people are “owned” and may only be considered black if they vote in a particular way.

This is fairly accurate. The guy that goes on the rants is portrayed as somewhat loony, but his heart's in the right place. So not unsympathetic, nor is he the villain.

He called white nationalists vermin, like a pest to be eradicated. Like a typical woke racist Nazi. Not all nationalists in America today are white, first of all. Not by a long stretch. And there is nothing wrong with being pro-America, or white.

Woke games are anti white male. And thus if this game were woke it would not have a white male protagonist.

Woke games can be identified if white characters get race/gender swapped or if the whole cast is devoid of those characters.

They say they are fighting racism. Yet they themselves are putting on full display racism and sexism. And it is all they talk about on Twitter and the like. They are also pro segregation and censorship.

Look it up. Referring to a whole race of people as vermin is never a good idea... very intolerant.

Defend the position if you must.

Being open minded is nothing to be proud of if it means being open to racism and sexual perversion. I am proud to close my mind to those things.
