If there was a upgrade, Vulcan and Amd's FSR would be more likely.
Very workable on Nvidia gpu's.
It's a nice too have.
Similarly getting DLSS or even FSR is more highly unlikely. It seems Bend studio are done with the game, except for bug fixes.
I'm sure you if you have few million to throw at them you could that could get them listening to an DLSS implementation.
That's not a given, Sony bought Nixxes and Nixxes just released a big patch for HZD that added DLSS. HZD came out before DG, so it's entirely possible they'll roll in support at some point. PC game ports are still a fairly new thing for Sony/PS, so while it may not happen, it's not a foregone conclusion that it won't happen.
Days Gone for Sony, was also a disappointment, so much so that, there are no plans for Days Gone 2, or the devs ware told no by Sony, I can't recall right now. Where, HZD is getting a part 2, what better way of supporting something that will be getting a sequel then to continue to update the prequel. I would love for Days Gone to get DLSS, but it is what it is.
