You're wrong on all points as usual. The best Sony games should come to PC so they don't die off along with their plastic boxes when they become obsolete. Sony will continue to make money that way.
Can you show me how many great PS1 / PS2 games are still playable today on current Sony hardware?
You can thank emulation for being able to play those games still today, games like God of War 2, Ico, Jak and Dexter, Ratchet and Clank...
These games would have died thanks to Sony not giving a ♥♥♥♥ about backward compatibility. Sure a few might be available on PSN but far from all.
Oh yeah, keep on wasting their money on porting to the latest Playstation every few years.
Metal Gear Solid is considered one of the best games that came out on Playstation 1, and it lives on forever on PC.
Not every PC user is a pirate, many of us have jobs and can effort high end rigs, and console games are often objectively better off on PC anyway with unlocked frame rates, better graphics, better input options, etc.
Acknowledges bait.... proceeds to take bait....
Sony should be well aware that bloodborne on PC would be a massive success, its also their oldest exclusive (that anyone really cares about) it you can buy it dirt cheap on ps4 ALWAYS, So That is why i think the "remaster" rumor is somewhat true, they are making it 60fps enabled with some other improvements, lets be honest, if BB released on PC at 30fps only people would be pissed. So i would guess it won't be next, Uncharted is probably next with the whole investor meeting, i feel like GoT would have been shown on the meeting if it was coming next,
that being said its still weird to me that they may just port Uncharted 4 without the other games in the series...
As for GoT on PC i think the Ghost of Ikishima reveal which we will see on next PSX is the perfect opportunity to announce PC port which will have that dlc alnog with PS5 Complete Edition or GOTY or whatever they will call it. But we will see...
Complete nonsense.
Sony only cares about making profit now. Their exclusives make far less money being only on Playstation versus PC+PS.
They have straight up told investors and consumers they are focused on PS+PC now.
