Bike wont accelerate or Boost

So, I just escaped the DCM and my bike wont accelerate or boost anymore. If I hold break I can spin my tires but other than that I cant get beyond maybe 5mph. Ive tried reloading saves, starting new games, and reinstalling. It isnt the clutch, I've already tried it. Seems to be a great glitch

since u say 5 mph is this the bug where he basically waks with the bike everywhere rather than riding it as if there is no fuel left even tho there is? if so my fix was to restart the game 3 times kinda random but try pressing caps lock i.e. disengage clutch

2) Fill tank with gasoline

3) Press Caps Lock to stop walking with bike.
