Can't complete the request "I Shall Overcome"

Anyone else having the same problem? It's just a Report Request but there is no NPC to talk to, I already tried during all the different times, but I have no indication as to where I should go...

I have the same problem, it didn't fix itself after loading from a clear game save as well.

I tried sending a ticket in here but I'm not sure if they are getting them. Their website doesn't seem very good. Whenever I hit confirm it just goes back to the main support page and doesn't give me a confirmation. I haven't even received anything in my email about a confirmation either.

i just completed the quest without issue, could be because you still not finished the other quest with Bos?

I have every other quest finished, I even beat the main story and I still see that in my quest log telling me to report it. Talking to Karina does nothing either.

Yeah, CLG is having the same issue as me, I'm sure it's a bug, it's frustrating because the only achievement I need to 100% the game is now locked because of a bug...

I already sent them a support ticket yesterday describing the problem though, guess we just gotta wait for an answer and specially for a fix...

This bug is locking me out of the bandit quest line as well. I'm supposed to get another event with Karina about the treasure but she's broken right now. A pretty bad way to end the game on honestly. I just hope it will all be fixed by the time the DLC comes out so I can actually 100% this game because I'm not going to ng+ it. I doubt anybody has a save up to that bandit questline as well so I could do those events.

Update: Got in touch with KT support and they wanted a copy of my save file so I sent it over to them. Let's hope they can fix it. I think it's a bug related to gaining too much reputation too fast but I'm not sure.

Please, let me know if the quest is definitively bugged, as I want to buy this game, but not if it has broken quests.

Yes, it is in fact bugged, however it seems that it is bugged only for a few people.

Well good news, I just got an email from support confirming that this has been fixed and will be included in the next patch. Months later but it was fixed at least unlike the issues still plaguing Dusk DX and now the new Mysterious DX.

I was stuck as well, but when i went to sleep to do another quest in the same area for "crying out" to give the merchant a gnade ring, you can only turn it in during the day time, so i slept in bed until day and when i went to the academy area this quest started up. Hope this helps someone.

The game really was bugged, but I contacted Koei's support, they asked for my save file, I provided it and they fixed it in an update already.

Glad it was fixed, thought mine was a bug but guess it wasn't i was lucky.
