Where can I find "Dark Alley of the Backstreet" book?

I need a couple of "Dark Alley of the Backstreet" for Yesod floor progression but I can't find the book (It drops once but I forgot where it was). Where can I find the book?

If I remeber correctly, I found it in general invitations, in Backalley Streets book.

Streetlight Office you'll get to it eventually. But i dont remeber if it drops from vol 1 or 2 or both.
