"If his ssanghwa-cha expertise counted toward grade evaluations, he would have easily become a Grade 1 and gotten a color, too."
While I was at it, it seems like the only colors are Kali (Gebura) and Argalia (Blue Reverberation). Probably missing something since I was only scanning through chapter 4 (Urban Plague), but it feels right.
I recall that in some Library cutscene story, they spoke about the Pianist, and that how he was eventually ended by a Black Colour (after a lot of casualties, including a lot of high-end fixers). So maybe we'll see more Colours then just blue boi.
Gotta wonder where the Shi Association comes in, in terms of grades/power. Perhaps they're above grade 1 (being an association rather then graded as fixers) but not quite there at Colour rank? If you count them at full strenght anyway.
Wouldn't be suprising if the Rabbits are somewhere between grade 1 and a Colour in terms of strenght, as well, being a military organization for hire.
Ah okay, i totally forgot about that. That makes much more sense. In my mind I was also marking their strength as somewhere down the middle if not higher. Otherwise we would need a lot more levels above Urban Plague if they are only grade 7.
