I was always reluctant to run passives like Margin, Bottom Deal, and Respiration at the same time because I wasn't sure which order they would activate in, but it it's just determined by which is in the higher slot, then that opens up a world of possibilities for me.
Margin and Respiration stacks at the very least, leaving you with 3 light and 2 pages, as for those with bottom deal, i personaly cant imagine them working, unless it is somehow related to the Passive-order, that i'm too dumb to understand.
The answer is: yes, bottom deal and stacking the deck absolutely work together.
Margin checks if your hand is empty at the end the turn. This is before Bottom Deal draws you a page (which is at the start of the next turn).
It's like how Margin works with the combat page: Brace Up.
