There's a lot of age old discussion on various aspects of these kinds of things, I highly recommend studying into such subjects, like Sociology, Psychology and Neurology if one is interested.
Silver do you have any particular Neurology books or articles touching the topic? I can potentially see the idea of having a body that is just given memories wouldn't have the same neural pathways or muscle memory.
Geburah even regularly mentions that her body feels slow and different, which is probably because Kali / Geb's bodies were both trained to the peak of fitness and had muscle memory fit for fighting. So switching with all their knowledge into a body which has no experience would feel really jarring.
Socially I'm sure everyone would react oddly in such a community where they're eating and drinking food which is all created from 'memories' or 'light' but even then that food would probably taste the exact same every single time.
