Achievements Broke

I think Key Page Conessuier (no idea if I spelled that right) and Combat Page Hoarder achievements are bugged. I've finished the game, combed through both main and general invitations, made sure I have all of the key pages (I actually somehow have 3 of the Udjat key pages when the max is 2, dunno how). I'm certain I have all of them.

As for combat pages, I'm not entirely sure as there's so many, but I've checked thoroughly and as far as I can tell, I have all of those as well. No idea what I could be missing.

Despite this, I have neither achievement. Is this achievement actually obtainable at the moment, or am I gonna have to use SAM to get them? I'd prefer to avoid the latter if possible.

The achievements work just fine. You're probably just missing a random key page.

To elaborate:
1) You only need 1 of every key page to get the achievement. Furthermore, key page limits are defined by the color. Udjat key pages are purple, so you can get 3 of them.
Like Sayo, the rewards for burning them starts at "2/2" -> but if you burn enough books, the rewards will reset back to 1/2 -> which gets you the third key page.
The limits are as follow:
Green = 5
Blue = 4
Purple = 3
Gold = 1

2) The achievements aren't broken. You're just missing a random key page or something.
Here's a question: Have you fought the Axe Gang? They are an Urban Legend Syndicate you can fight via general invites.
If not, then I got two general invites for you, so send out books of:
- Book of Gyeong-mi, Zulu and Dino
- Book of Olga, Mika and Rain
If you've already done them, then check to make sure you actually got all the key pages from everyone.
Like, double check the Thumb for Boris. I've seen people miss his key page for some reason.

As for combat pages, you might just be missing a random one - usually from Urban Legend (source: every time I've seen this question here). Like "Stand Off" or something.

I fought every general invitation before I made this post so it's not an issue of me missing a general invite. Double checked and found for some reason I didn't have Jikan's key page (must have gotten unlucky and never noticed) so I got it but still no achievement. At this point I've compared a list to what I have (how I found I was missing Jikan's key page) and I've no clue what I'm missing.

Does attributing pages prevent them from being counted in the achievement? I have basically the entire Liu Association's Key pages attributed at the moment (Fervor is really good) and that would explain a lot if so.

Nevermind, the list I was looking at was outdated. Found an up to date one and got the achievement. Thanks for the help!
