100% put Myo prowess if you’re having difficulty, that boost is very, very good. Keeping in stride is also a good replacement for health hauler since Gebura is very likely to win clashes ( the passive heals 1 hp each time you win a clash ) and make sure to put mind hauler so Gebura doesn’t stagger if you can’t deal more than 40 damage with Kali’s key page during ego manifest.
You can also put keeping in stride on other librarians, it only costs 1 unlike health hauler.
Additional note, you should put the classic Kali deck if you haven’t. AND Level slash regains light! I’m pretty sure card draw too? It’s hard to notice between all of the text but it’s best to know.
Manifesting ego regains all light and a good majority of stagger resistance
Let’s go over each phase and see how you should do each:
Phase 1: This one is beyond annoying, but can be done if you’re lucky enough. It took me so long to get it and was the only hard thing for me in this whole realisation. Make sure to let crimson get hit when the wolf is at very low hp, because crimson will gain a huge amount or strength, or if you’re scared about crimson having too much strength when it uses its mass attacks heres another alternative: If you have the necessity to draw pages / gain light, just hit crimson instead. Also make sure the wolf doesn’t hit crimson with attacks that inflict bleed and that other one I don’t remember, but related to bleed, cause he’s gonna die QUICKLY. That’s all the tips I can give for this phase… I dreaded this.
Phase 2: This one shouldn’t be too difficult, but if you can’t save a librarian from being eaten it’s gonna be just fine, keep going even with that disadvantage. Around this phase if Gebura gains enough emotion level to manifest her ego, MANIFEST IT! Don’t wait until phase 5 because when you kill 5 enemies gebura’s dice power will increase by 5 ( that’s the limit ) and with Myo prowess it’s even better.
Phase 3: There’s not a lot to say about this phase, it’s very easy and the clashes shouldn’t be hard to deal with. Just make sure you don’t get hit by the corpses because it will lower stagger resistance and that’s bad. make sure to choo choo train onrush with gebura for the memes and the dice boost! Also by this point you probably got level slash, etc to cost 0.
Phase 4: This one shouldn’t be too hard either, you can choo choo train onrush the bats but keep in mind when the vampire transform at 75 hp ( I think? ) the rest of the bats will die so you can bare with them, just avoid getting bleed. The last phase just bomb.
Phase 5: Boy oh boy, it’s time! The phase you’ve been struggling with, let’s divide this in three sections.
Section 1: This is the first phase of mimicry, at this point you will very likely have all librarians to emotion level 5 so only clash with high cost cards and only one side attack with low cost cards like unlock III, multislash, will of the city, etc. Make sure to conserve as much light and cards as possible, and play it safe. Level slash is useful for Gebura incase she needs light.
Section 2: At this point you defeated the first phase of mimicry, congratulations! Now just beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of the shell. Don’t use too many high cost cards, but Gebura should be able to take it out, also at this point you should begin using those focus spirits of hers to gain strength and deal as much damage as possible. But if you’re not able to beat the shell in time that’s fine, also use multiple page draw and light regain cards if you need to do so, this phase is some sort of break-ish.
Section 3: The moment we’ve all been waiting for! If you managed to beat the shell, you’re already at an advantage. Clash with gebura because she’s very, very likely to win the clashes, and use up those focus spirits for DAMAGE! Use level slash to regain light for the big moment when mimicry uses that goodbye. This phase can be very easy if you have a very buffed up Gebura, and purp tear guard stance overcharge deck can be useful for extra damage. ( if you don’t know what that is search it up, it usually goes with Myo prowess and the strongest but you can find replacements for those passives. Overcharge does not cause immobilisation with guard stance! ) and bam.
I hope this guide was useful and let us know if you managed to beat it or not! Best of luck to you dear librarian, have a good one! C:

mainly lost time due to demotivation, finals, vacation, and the utter insanity of a story that is chapter 4 of limbus company, but recently I finally got to implement all of the ideas, it was mainly luck for the 1st phase lol but the rest were helped a bunch by the power of a couple smokers and myongest (keeping gebura's ego through phase 2 to the end was super helpful)
next will be xiao and i am only slightly terrified!! this whole thing made me learn deckbuilding a little more (and that general receptions are so helpful) so i hopefully wont be begging for on the steam community page again lol
again thanks for everyone's help, tbh was not expecting such a big and detailed response even if it was only a few people
also myongest is crazy and will now forever be my favorite combo
Congratz!
