Funny Prank, Manipulator of odds, Yujin's Boundary of Death?

Has anyone tried Funny Prank (can only roll max or min), Manipulator of odds (min dice is rerolled), Yujin's Boundary of Death (+45 power on max roll) all together? Expected value is 34 damage for that card and you can probably make a draw deck so you get it every turn.

Or maybe just Funny Prank + Yujin's Boundary of Death for average 22.5 damage?

The huge downside is that Yujin has really low hp though and wasting a good key page. It's hard to justify using a key page that's Urban Page or below.

Also I'm pretty sure you're supposed to use Purple tear WIth Hod (floor of literature) anyways, which already makes the Yujin cheese seem pretty bad.

yujin rapid gashes haulers is less of a meme and is an actual strategy. If you wanna use Yujin late game then do this

having Twelve Fixers attributed is more practical for any floor and without messing up your other cards from using Funny Prank but it's still a meme setup

You're better off cloning Rapid Gashes if you wanna use Yujin. Add x2 Brace Up for draws, and Sword of Volition to compliment with the 0 cost cards

BoD is 100% a meme. the handful of passives that can enable it to be remotely useful require giving up some of the strongest key pages in the game.
also Purple Tear is useful everywhere; if you're going all in on pierce stance then literature floor is useful, but all four stances are A+ "could run a build on this" material just from the base bonus alone.

Yes, BoD is a bit of a meme, but I think that Funny Prank alone giving it a 50% chance is enough to make it usable even near the end of the game. You would average about 25 base damage per use, which is pretty impressive even for a 4-cost. Personally I like to run my Floor of Literature Yujin with a bleed-based 4 cost as well, such as Tailoring or Disgorge Innards, and skip 3-costs entirely. I don't think I need to say why I went in this direction.

Personally I don't like attributing Objet d' Art Key Pages to other Key Pages unless they're really outdated ones like Mars, Olga, or Hanafuda. I think it's more fun to build each of these Key Pages on their own and have a diverse Library. For example, the Purple Tear's Page has a LOT of potential thanks to its gimmick, so I don't want to waste it. But hey, that's just me.

the issue with Yujin is that the perma-broken speed dice is a pretty significant problem, you've got a target that must have attacks redirected off, and if a mass targets it, then you're eating the hit.

Lol I just tried it with yujin and 3 clones. It was pretty dang strong. I had the messenger or whatever too to help with the page draws also. Got a nice achievement for doing it too. Should have stacked more page draws since yujin really doesn't need light for this build.

That's the cool thing about running Yujin's page, she can have both on the same card (To Overcome Crisis).

not really reliable if you're running haulers though, though once you've got gashes running you really don't need the light gain

I always wondered if Yujin should be our first "extra extra speed die" page, and have the disabled die repair itself on high emotion levels.
Four, because that's Shi Corp's gimmick, but EL 5 would work if they really don't want that many speed die on an early game page.
