Any strats? Current set up is gebura, iori, xiao, maxim and Myo. Floor lvl.4. Do I just have bad luck or am I doing something wrong?

give myo passive power up depend on speed to geburah, if you have Nikolai you can stack maxim's passive to her, iori's defence stance can nullify bad status so you can give the passive that give 1 STR and 3 Fragile to her and Yae's madness passive (?) (the one that give random buff/debuff per scene), you can give Crying children's passive to Xiao and some power up passive. the rest would be for how you can maintain health and stagger health (Sweeper's passive is a big help on this).

Yeah you should switch Maxim with Nikolai and attribute his passive into her (Maximum Crash) since you'll be able to stack it with mark effect and Disposal card's bonus damage, which is important on Phase 2. Her Commander passive is also a big help giving everyone basically +1 power to all their dice.

Myo should be attributed to Gebura and have someone else fill out the spot (Either Kalo or one of the Index proxies, preferably Esther). Reason is because Gebura's 'Strongest' gives a guaranteed +5 power on using the infinity speed dice.

on the 1st phase make sure you redirect his power nullification card to anyone who isn't reliant on power stacking (like R Corp captains), or have anyone targeted commit to making defensive choices/redirecting his other cards. It's also equally important to prevent the strength card from targeting his hands (but protection card is low priority).

Iori's Guard Stance is immune to that one hand card that inflicts paralysis and feeble, so use her to redirect it if you're not confident on beating it with anyone else.

On phase 2 you should focus on lowering the stagger resist close enough so that you can chew through the HP in 1 go and end it with Nikolai's Disposal (be sure to use it on her slowest speed die)

adding some suggestion if you are confused about who to put to fill the spot, any smoke build librarian should give you a big edge in boss fight and you should already have most if not all the essential combat pages related to smoke around the time you reach Yan's battle.

Gebura, nikolai, purple tier, xiao and another one that can be eg. allen (dude with built in stiletto) is what I used for this fight. Gebura, Xiao and PT (Nikolai too but more like a buff/debuff bot) are honestly so damn busted that its not hard to brute force through it and kill it on the first assemble phase.
