I would like to have some tips from you guys for how I should build my deck better, like how many 0 light and 3 light cards I should put and such.

Well, it depends where you are in the game. For a ton of info, check out my guides here on steam.

We call pages that restore light and/or draw pages -> "Economy."

Generally speaking
- Urban Plague: minimum 3 draw and 2 light restore
Economy is limited but receptions are short/fast.
For Light: "Clean Up," and "Want a Taste of this Chain?" Yes it inflicts self-bleed, but you'll be fine until you get something better.
You can also run "Loosen Up" and "Wait up!"instead of chain.

For Draw: "Flash of Sunup," "Rules of the Backstreets" and "Sparking Spear" are your only options (I don't recommend Shuffle Hands). Use whatever fits your build - keep in mind Rules of the Backstreets needs to land the hit to draw, so it is kinda worse than the others.

- Urban Nightmare: minimum 3 draw and 3 light restore.
Economy expands quite a bit and receptions get a bit longer.
For light: "Puppet Blockade," "Gigigigig," "Extract Fuel" and importantly: "Draw of the Sword" (direct powercreep of "Want to Taste this Chain").
Do not use Acupuncture... at all. Slay does restore a light, but it's like icing on a cake; not something you plan your entire build around.

For Draw: "To Overcome Crisis," "Forceful Gesture," "Deep Drag," "Repressed Flesh," and importantly for singleton builds: "Will of the Prescript." Also, great for charge builds: "Leap."
Some people swear by Loss of Senses... I don't. Building a huge chunk of your draw power around it makes your economy flimsy.
Note: On Yujin, To Overcome Crisis counts as both as long as she's low HP.

I'll stop listing the relevant pages here since next is:
Star of the City: There is TONS of economy AND receptions are longer AND you now have Speed 3.
Speed: same minimum of 3 and 3.
Speed 3: up the minimum to 4 and 4 or even higher.
You'll get economy pages that pull a double duty, so they count for both which is really good.

Onward: same thing, 4 and 4 or even higher.

Keep in mind, my thoughts aren't the say-all end-all of deck building. This is generally what I did - but I've seen people completely ignore all this and beat the game anyway.
Good luck.

From Canard to Urban Legend:
Use most costly Combat Pages (Cards) if they've 1 Speed Die.

Use Key Pages with Passives Abilities Attribution in Use Speed as early as possible. They use Combat Pages (Cards) that cost 1 or 2 Lights.

Focus killing 1 at a time. Avoid Clash if possible.

From Urban Plague to Star of the City:
1 & 2 Lights Combat Pages (Cards) are good, maybe the best. They cost a bit so they're a bit stronger but don't cost too many.

They restore all Lights if Emotion Level up.

Most receptions are short so don't use Light restoration Combat Pages (Cards) for them but be aggressive or else you run out of Lights & Combat Pages (Cards).

Passives Abilities Attribution in Use Speed, Snipe, Blind Fire, Meow Meow~ & Combat Pages (Cards) with many Offensive Dice.

Clash in Scene 1. Avoid it if possible from Scene 2 onwards.

Some receptions are long. You can use 5 Librarians at that point.

1 of them has no Key Page, 3 Combat Pages (Cards) Wrath of Torment, & Passives Abilities Attribution in Use Kizuna / Extreme Fatigue from Yujin's Key Page. Use Combat Pages (Cards) Wrath of Torment to die instantly.

Others have Passives Abilities Attribution in Use Kizuna / Extreme Fatigue & Remembrance & Combat Pages (Cards) with Singleton, Status Effects Smoke, & Light restoration.
