Optimization mod on nexus

Hey, thought I'd let you guys know that I recently stumbled upon a new optimization mod that seems to improve frame rate on certain floors.

I did some comparisons on Yesod's floor and the mod seems to remove much of the effects from the background (fog/sparks). I haven't played much of the game yet and just unlocked Yesod's floor today, but I had read some horror stories about the performance there. However using this mod, it seems to run just as well as either other floor. I'm currently running the game on an m1 Mac using parallels with only 4gb ram, so I was pretty anxious about this floor killing the playability of the game, but I'm happy to say that so far things are looking totally playable. Frames do skip around sometimes, but stay typically around 45-60 fps.

I dropped the optimization mod folder into the "mods" folder found in the "libraryofruinaData" folder.

Greetings... I have a problem with the mod.

How do u use it? I have no clue on if i have to manually make changes or it just work automatically (Just installing the mod and the magic works without me doing something related to change options on the mod).

If you grab them off the Steam Workshop, then launch the game with mods -> so, click the big green button in the library page for Ruina -> you should get a pop-up for options for launching the game -> click "Play With Mods" or whatever -> then after the initial bit of loading, you'll get an option for which mods you want to enable

Note: this will disable achievements, so grab the achievement enabler mod if you care about that.
