Does Philip Encounter 2 only give feather shield?

So I was looking at one of Dice_24k's guides and saw that for preparation for Urban nightmare a build uses Searing Sword. The look of the card looks like the sword used by Philip... I've beaten the first EGO encounter with Philip (In urban plague) three times and have only gotten feather shield. Am I just super unlucky or am I missing something?

Finally got it 4th try. Thanks for letting me know it was a luck issue!

This might be late, but the loot depends on the boss state, if you defeat phillip during his shield phase (ie: when he mostly uses defensive cards), he will drop feathered shield.

If you want his searing sword card, then you need to defeat him during his aggresive phase (searing sword status) or the scene where he uses blazing strike.

False. I tested. 1st try got Combat Pages (Cards) Searing Sword after defeating him at Status Effects Feather Shield phase. 2nd try got Combat Pages (Cards) Feather Shield.
