it's really hard to loose a 9-14 base roll (5-10 +4 from kim's passives). i lost a clash during, i think, cane office reception. Nemo or Martina can help with that

there are some combat page that lower all the dice you play that scene regarless of the other combat page used (as long as there is no power null). that's your best bet i guess.

in general "yield my flesh" is best treated as a pretty strong single dice combat page. you're not going to see "to claim their bones" outside of quite rare situations

The problem with Yield my Flesh is that, if you want to lose a clash, you need to use a 2 cost card against an incredibly powerful attack, essentially wasting 2 light, a card, and taking massive damage/stagger. Essentially a terrible idea. Usually it functions as a powerful card used to win a single clash, with the addition that if you get unlucky, you get some consolation prize. Now I will say, that consolation prize CAN be absolutely incredible. I had a scene where I used the counter card and essentially killed every enemy on the screen as they all tried to one sided attack Kim and were butchered. But even then, sometimes a 5 cost counter just isn't what is required. Overall, it isn't actually a great card, especially later on, but we all want to live the dream

Well, yeah, its more of a meme card, but thats what makes it fun. By the way, even after 3 realizations, ~5 abno battles and ~10 UN receptions i still didn't lose a single clash. FML~

I know i can lower my dice power with other cards and so on to lose that clash, but it is as you said, it feels like im shooting myself in the leg just to get damaged and waste 5 light on a 1 dice counter. So, for now losing a clash in normal circumstances seems kinda impossible lmao.
