Game Throttles My Internet Connection
Whenever I open up Library of Ruina my connection TANKS and it's not even a game that requires internet, does anyone know whats going on?

I can't imagine why this is happening. Try going offline mode on Steam and then launching the game? See what happens and let me know?

I tried that but it still hinders my internet connection randomly its so weird
