Most horrifying scene/part of the game.

But the music fits the action perfectly! It's genius!

It's the purest form of mental attack. 2000 years of being confined to a space you cannot explore, no way of learning new information. And we cannot even comprehend how living for so long without being able to find anything new or change anything would change yourself, or what's going to be left of you. While also being unable to die, which IRL is a pretty useful ability to end the suffering.
Bloody Lovecraft usually wrote just ominous, eerie stories that aim to invoke paranoia, but Project Moon here just went for a brutal punch right into your mind. That's very sadistic of them, and a little too "in your face", instead of the usual subtlty, IMO.

H.oward P.hilips Lovecraft wrote stories about insanity from cosmo horror, fear of the unknown, & insignificance of human to cosmo. It's known but not familiar.

Love Town is prison. Its story is about insanity from solitude which is realistic, familiar, & relatable to some.

And then the body horror kicks in.
