The Sweepers' reception is just a battle of endurance. Just keep hitting them.
What Nectar said, it's a fight of endurance, suitable considering the Sweepers' WWI aesthetic (and also the way to get the two best recovery passives in the game).
All of their pages have health-recovery, but none of them have stagger-recovery so you can stunlock them one at a time and kill them (repeatedly) while they're fatally weak.
