No guest available to invite- Mods

So I have checked already the workshop on the invitation menu but game said no guest available to invite.

hey, pretty sure that usually means you need to have your library at a higher rank to access the reception even though you have the book. happened to me as well when i started a new game with mods, but reaching the final rank fixed it
