Paralysis doesn't mean -3 power in terms of results unless the die range is 0, such as 3-3 or 4-4(both of them become 1-1). Paralysis means -3 upper limit, and that's why paralysis is a viable way to confront power change nullifying.
well, it's decent against those individual type mass attack so nothing's wrong in using it
Anything with high defense or card draw. The sweet spot for the Overcharge build is where you can play two copies of Overcharge and Energy conversion every turn, and that requires you to draw out the rest of your deck and then also stack enough card draw effects to consistently draw those four cards back into your hand. Bi An is just extremely strong in that it's only slightly weaker than Serpentine Barrier when it comes to pure defense, but also replaces itself and draws an additional card on use. Adding another copy of Leap might be a good choice assuming you equip the Triple-R-Suit passive, but you can also use cards like Parry (Evasion/Stagger Recovery), Repressed Flesh (defensive dice + card draw), Deep Drag (card draw + Smoke), or another copy of Sturdy Defense.
only problem is you cant use gebura page
