Since she mostly use ranged pages, it is best to clash using pages with a single high rolling dice
Your emotion level is capped at level 1, so you should have plenty of light regen
She uses a set pattern of attacks each scene afaik
Mark a villain > attacks > mark a villain > mass attack
Personally I just let her trigger hysteria, it's still easy with Urban Nightmare pages
There's also a passive in Urban Nightmare that buffs single dice pages
Also - very important - try to not get hit with her card that gives her 2 strength on the next turn if the third attack hits
2x Sayo's page with both her minion passive
Dark cloud*2 , Sharpened blade*2 , Clean up*2 and 3 of whatever combat page you like
bleed stack will drain Magical girls health bar fast enough before she able to transform.
