Main thing I found was to just have Mind Hauler to offset the gigantic SP damage somewhat, Blunt resists, and just careful redirection. I've done the fights with deaths only due to proccing Corpses as part of my strat, otherwise I'd have no deaths and no staggers on either fight.
Red Mist/Lowell/Kalo/Esther is the floor setup, Red Mist is a typical setup but the others are singletons that have their specials.
Once Geb gets a 5th I might do a setup of Red Mist/Lowell/Esther/Nikolai/Maxim, considering the sheer damage that'd be coming out thanks to powerstacking by Nikolai and Maxim, I wonder if Corpses would still be worth it?
If you can't overwhelm it, just lessen it. b r u h.
It rolls 8-20. The strongest block in the game at the moment is Concentration... dropped BY this reception, and rolling 8-13.
Would you rather take the full damage?
Anyways, both Gebura and Exodia Tiphereth can deal with the reception quite easily. As for mind whip, it is very difficult to outroll it (your only chances are things like Transpierce/Focus Fire/Vapour and even then you are at a disadvantage) so you might as well try to mitigate it with block.
