Since when did Esther and Hubert noticed that Yan's Prescripts were illegitimate? Is there any clue on that?

They outright say that they got a prescript that told them to follow all of Yan's prescripts which led him to figuring that out

They also mention is isn't hard to figure out fake prescript with signature or something like that they probably knew instantly since they are dedicated followers but pre script told them to go with it so they did except for gloria who might been friend with Yan

It's probably because they received a prescript saying they need to follow all prescript Yan gives, the other two of course noticed something fishy because the prescript have no need to specifically mention it but Gloria is well, stupid and probably thinking :"no ♥♥♥♥ Sherlock".
