geburah realization :(
can't count how much i retried for this one too. i can get pass off red and wolf easily (after triggering red for hundred of times)

but the problem rolls in when i am in the smile phase. gebura usually carries off most of the attacks here, but due to the passive on this phase it deals back 8 dmg to every attacks you do. RM always ends up having little stagger resist in nosferatu, then get staggered and lose ego, getting killed by it easily. (i always use wolf abno pages on her, i wonder if i should use other than that?)

wonder if there's any way to make gebura survive till the end.. she always gets staggered and loses her ego in nosferatu, however my other librarians are always still alive.

edit : did it!! i used absorption+vampirism on geb, she got staggered on nosferatu but still hasn't removed her good damage there. passives also worked out well. ty!! ^^

edit: oh, and also the absorption abno page. that thing is great against the smile phase since those little critter can be killed easily due to their low stagger health

Did you encounter the reception of RRR & the Red mist? If so, then attribute Myo to Gebura Red Mist for +5 Power . You can also try the General reception of workshop affiliated fixer "use 2 Urban Plague book", add their passive to Yujin along with Bono"unstable charge" and Rain" At a time like this, " As for the other characters uses Emma page along Puppet skeleton passive together, for the final character uses either Bamboo hatted Kim's "general reception page" or Rose. At to 3 Librarian Deep Drag combat page for bonus damage.

Don't attack trash mobs unless it's the final phase where you gotta kill them in two scenes. You should be preventing their attacks via counter dices. Since they are using ranged attacks, you have no chance of accidentally getting smacked for 8 damage. That's the entire gimmick of that fight, and not a coincidence that Gebura gets a free counter dice. Use Abnormality page Absorption. Should be able to get free 3 strength from it and infinite sustain. I would slot in the sweeper passive for +2 stagger resist on clash win or something, maybe +2 hp on hit too if that floats your boat.

I keep screwing up Red's part. It isn't MY fault she sucks at hunting, so drop the "YOU STOLE MY KILL" garbage!

AHH i really do struggle here around at my first attempts. Took me around more than 10 retries for that as my librarians keep killing the wolf first. my strat is usually to keep red alive atleast 100hp or so, keep dropping the wolf's hp down to 60-50hp where he will use the howl mass summ. at the summation you target red instead of the wolf to counter the howl (i think except one librarian can clash off one of wolf's dice tho), let red clash the wolf and do her job to drop down the wolf's hp to 0. if you're lucky enough then red may kill it. that fragile buff attack from red in start of battle really does help but because she sucks at it the wolf deflects it alot </3 sucks tho man

Getting past that first part is definitely what makes this fight obnoxious.

But I've also had Smile phase glitch out with mass attacks softlocking the game, so only use one at a time.

If you feel confident on pulling Mountain of Corpses, then have Gebura have a Kizuna passive. Not only does that give an extra 2 strength for her to play around with, but it also gives her a bit of an HP missing chunk at the start, so healing that off will count towards Absorption's strength boost.

The danger of the final phase (and it's become much harder after they altered Upstanding Slash/Level Slash) is that the boss has a disastrously high slash resistance, making it hard to both get the light restore, and keep from self-staggering due to Red Mist penalty.

Like all realisations, giving Rhino and Reindeer passives will help maintain momentum in later phases, as you'll probably take enough damage to get the full buffs (and hopefully have some sort of health restore so you aren't teetering on the edge of death the whole time).

The start of the wolf where you have to stagger it is no treat either. It's especially irritating whenever you're off by like one hit. That part could've been tweaked, if you ask me.

I'd agree to this. i usually solve this out by saving light+high roll combat pages to nuke down wolf at red battle first. i can say i did cross my fingers everytime i try to stagger it- after red and wolf basically this fight is easier with RM as everybody said.

singletons are op here for me, tbh. used multislash on everybody so i can draw pages+get light

On a positive note, It's thanks to Red Mist that I finally got Yan! Twice, even! Guess I call it a night for now and check my set ups on the morrow.
